Million Dollar Club of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors^®

The Realtors^® Million Dollar Club originated in 1989 on behalf of Realtors^® demonstrating the commitment and dedication to being the top in their field.  Million Dollar Club members show their exceptional education, listening skills, attention to details and the understanding of complex financial issues in today’s market.  The majority of Million Dollar Club members bring with them a combination of life experiences, and previous career transitions who are dedicated to truly serving the people.

Million Dollar Club members work days, nights and weekends until all the work is done, negotiations settled, and paperwork is signed for a successful closing.  It is then, that Realtor^® is compensated for their work.  

Million Dollar Club members are members of LBAR, KAR and NAR organizations who strive to provide the highest level of professional service in the real estate industry. Club members have a high level of cooperation with their LBAR members.  It is with excellence they create goodwill and set the example as peers in their industry.

Members of the Million Dollar Club of LBAR must first be Realtors^® – members of the National Association of Realtors^®, which imposes a strict and necessary level of ethical behavior.
